一、新型柴油发电机使用手册

1、新的柴油发电机在初始运行的50小时内，建议将负载控制在额定功率的80%以下，并严格遵循制造商的磨合要求，以优化发动机的长期可靠性和运行效率。

2、用于工程机械的柴油发电机，在最初的50小时内应在部分负载（建议额定功率的50%~80%）下运行，避免长时间怠速或突加负载，以确保发动机良好磨合。

3、根据规范要求进行日常维护保养，使用新设备后需检查油压表、温度表、警示灯及其他仪器，确保其正常运作。

4、未添加润滑油的油底壳需要按照规定添加润滑剂；如果冷却系统已经充满冷却液，则必须检查冷却剂的性能，如不符合要求，应将其放掉，并重新添加符合标准的冷却剂。
